Resting in Presence

Resting in presence is a way to experience wellbeing and peace of mind. In a fast-paced world where stress and burn-out are on the rise, resting in presence is crucial if not lifesaving. Life demands our attention in so many ways, yet we often only truly cease our activities in deep sleep. Doing absolutely nothing is in some sense the simplest yet hardest skill to learn. 

A glimpse of Inner Expedition

Inner Expedition offers 1-hour guided meditations on Saturday mornings to help you start your weekend in a balanced way. We welcome you with a cup of tea and when all participants have arrived we do a quick check-in to hear how everyone is doing. Then we meditate for about 30 minutes after which there is room to share, ask questions and have another cup of tea. You'll leave Inner Expedition with a sense of being more grounded and connected to your heart.

You'll get access to our Vimeo account so that you can practice our guided meditations at home. We believe that creating a daily practice truly makes all the difference. Numerous studies have shown the benefits of meditation and many of our students have shared their positive testimonies:
