Inner Expedition Weekend Retreat (Non Residential)

Life is a vibrant adventure when we have access to our essence, but without it we easily lose our spark. We need to have an open heart to live a vibrant and fulfilling life, but in order to be open we first need to connect with a true foundation within ourselves - our essence. 

We believe that life is relational and that a fulfilling human life is based on the capacity to be real. 

We will approach this weekend with body practices, meditations, inquiry, authentic relating exercises, and engaging teachings. This weekend offers a safe space where you can explore who you truly are and how authenticity leads to confidence and meaningful connections. Friday August 16 - 18.00 to 22.30 pm

Saturday August 17 - 11.00 am to 15.00 pm, and 18.00 to 22.00 pm

Sunday August 18 - 11.00 am to 15.00 pm, and 17.00 to 20.00 pm
