Fantastic! You can sign up via the button 'sign up'. Afterwards you will receive an e-mail from us with more information regarding the retreat and preparations for it. You can also book a free 15-minute connection call with us to discuss where you are, and what your desires are for the retreat. We are happy to get to know you.
I’m looking for more than relaxation alone, I would like to dive deeper. Is this retreat still for me?
Throughout the retreats we combine both spirituality and western psychology as well as body movement. We teach on interesting topics and we aim to provide you with a unique experience. This retreat requires presence and interest in the subjects and we will help to make things as tangible and practical as possible during the retreat.
What is the cancellation policy?
For cancellations made within 20 days of the starting date of the retreat, there is no refund. For cancellations made 21 days before the start of a retreat, 75% will be refunded.
Do you offer payment plans?
If you are not able to pay the full amount in once, we can offer you a payment plan. Please get in touch with us via the contact form.

At the Inner Expedition retreat I deeply connected more with my truth. Also in relation to other people. Where I noticed that truth changes within minutes and it can be confusion if rejecting it. And that it works so expanding and connecting to really be curious about what is underneath the fear. And by sharing this with others I feel human and feel instant connection with so much compassion. Through inquiry it became clear that I'm super afraid of receiving the love and recognition that I mostly long for. I highly recommend to go to this retreat with someone your dating. It's super scary and so helpful to have the tools to relate to each other from a place of honesty. We still use some of the tools to express our own truth to each other.

participating in the Inner Expedition Retreat was a wonderful gift to myself during my pregnancy.  During the weekend I was able to look at my ego structure and truth in a loving way.  With an extra soul growing in my belly, and who was with me everywhere, this felt like a very special experience. Femke and Jonas have created a nice and safe space. Everything that showed up was allowed to be there and all individuals in the group dared to be vulnerable. In addition, it was well organized and taken care of down to the last detail. The program had a good balance between inner work, exercise, movement and free time. I would recommend this weekend retreat to anyone wanting to take a journey inward!
